Heather Hender has over 20 years of experience in technology and data management, currently serving as the Director of Technology for Consumer Data Products & Platforms at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since September 2008. Previously, Heather held various roles at Disney, including Senior Manager and Manager of Marketing Consumer Data. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Senior Analyst/Developer at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where Heather led technology operations initiatives and data storytelling efforts, as well as working as a Human Resources Technical Coordinator at Community Bank of Florida, focusing on HR technical applications and training. Heather holds a Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology with a minor in Business.
