Laura Obando

Laura Obando is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in housekeeping and guest services. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since May 2022, Laura has a strong background with The Walt Disney Company and Disney Parks & Resorts in various managerial roles, including Housekeeping Training Manager and Guest Experience Manager. Previous positions include Housekeeping Manager at White Lodging Services and Front Services Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where Laura developed and implemented employee schedules and addressed guest inquiries effectively. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Costa Rica.
