With an extensive career in merchandising and product development, Lisa has held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Merchandising & Planning at Office Depot in 2023, Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Vice President at Starboard Cruise Services from 2019 to 2022, and Vice President of Merchandise Strategy at The Walt Disney Company from 2014 to 2019. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Victoria's Secret and VF Corporation, as well as teaching roles at O'More College of Design. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from O'More College of Architecture and Design.
