Phil Baum

Phil Baum is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and recreation industry, currently serving as the Hotels & Resorts Line of Business Manager for Recreation at Disney Experiences since March 2018. In this role, Phil has been instrumental in designing and implementing unique guest experiences at Walt Disney World, including themed mosaic art classes and scavenger hunts. Prior to this position, Phil was the Senior Operations Manager at AdventHealth's Celebration Health Fitness Centre & Day Spa, overseeing a team of over 100 staff members. Phil's career at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products spanned over 17 years, during which various roles focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining safety standards. Phil holds an MBA from Stetson University and a B.S.B.A. in Management from the University of Central Florida.
