Roger Fields has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as Custodial Support at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since October 2019, while also operating as a Broker at ALL PROFESSIONAL REALTY since December 2015, where a full range of real estate services is provided across New Jersey. Previously, Roger held positions as Broker Associate at Keller Williams Team Realty and Broker Manager at Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors, managing sales teams and overseeing residential and commercial properties. A foundational career includes roles at RE/MAX Experience and Weichert Realtors, starting as a Sales Associate. Earlier professional experience includes management at AT&T and service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Roger holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey, focusing on Management and Operations.
