Scott Turner is a seasoned leader in digital product and customer experience transformation, currently serving as the Digital Product and Customer Experience Transformation Leader at Disney Experiences since September 2023. In this role, Scott drives the transformation of Disney's digital customer-facing ecosystem, focusing on AI strategy, ecosystem architecture, and product design. Previously, as an Executive CX and Product Consultant for a healthcare startup, Scott played a pivotal role in market entry strategy during a critical business pivot. At Mercer, Scott held multiple leadership positions, including Global Head of Digital Customer Experience, where substantial achievements included launching transformative digital products that significantly increased revenue. Scott holds a BA in Philosophy and English from the University of Richmond and further education from Villanova University.
