Brooke Forsythe

Brooke Forsythe is a seasoned leader in product engineering and strategic planning with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as Director of Product Engineering, Cloud & Data at The Walt Disney Company since November 2021, Brooke leads a team focused on enhancing internal developer productivity across a diverse portfolio of over 70 products and services. Previously, Brooke held senior roles at Microsoft, including Principal PM Manager and Sr. Program Manager, where responsibilities included modernizing infrastructure services and managing large-scale global teams. Earlier career experiences involved project management at Bluehawk, CompuCom, and SUN Technical Services, where responsibilities included vendor management, contract negotiations, and operational improvements. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University.
