Charlene Pugh

Charlene Pugh serves as an Analyst in Connected Experiences at The Walt Disney Company since February 2006, leading significant projects such as the redesign of the Belong website and the development of a new Transitioning Site. With a strong focus on digital media strategy, project management, and performance analytics, Charlene effectively collaborates across various teams and vendors. As Co-Lead and Advisor of the Wakanda@Disney BERG, Charlene has driven initiatives for diversity and inclusion, achieving a 12% membership growth and creating a comprehensive 5-Year Strategic Plan. Previous roles include Project Associate responsible for managing publishing programs, and a background in public affairs with the U.S. Department of Energy and Naval Aviation Depot. Charlene holds a BFA in Theater from the University of Florida and numerous professional certificates related to public affairs and communication.
