Chimen Chauhan has extensive experience in the fields of benefits, wellbeing, and compensation across multiple roles and organizations. At The Walt Disney Company from December 2000 to August 2010, Chimen served as Head of Benefits & Wellbeing for EMEA, overseeing strategic direction and program delivery, and previously held positions as Compensation & Benefits Manager and Analyst within the same region. Following this, Chimen worked at Hilton from April 2011 to August 2015 as a Benefits Consultant, providing internal advisory on benefit-related initiatives. Most recently, from September 2015 to June 2020, Chimen held the position of Global Group Head of Reward & Wellbeing at ASOS.com, leading a team and managing global benefits strategy and compensation services.
