Craig Cleaver

Craig Cleaver is an experienced professional in the entertainment and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Domestic & International Support and Operations at The Walt Disney Company since January 2020. In this role, Craig oversees Tier 3 global customer support and incident management for Disney Streaming, enhancing viewer experience support channels across multiple brands including Disney+, Star+, ESPN+, and Hulu. Prior to this, Craig held significant roles such as Sr. Manager of Viewer Experience at both Disney Streaming and Hulu, and Manager of Creative Operations at T-Mobile. Craig's extensive background also includes key positions at Microsoft, where contributions were made to Xbox Live Broadcast Solutions and Microsoft's Video Marketplace. Earlier career experiences include visual effects production at Pinnacle Studios, production management roles at various entertainment companies, and assisting in production for projects such as Space Jam and Frasier. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with minors in Film, Economics, and History.
