Emilie Pender

Emilie Pender, PMP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Product Management at The Walt Disney Company since March 2024. Emilie has extensive experience in product and project management, including roles at DMED Technology as Director of Advertising Product Operations and Technical Operations, as well as at Hulu as Director of Advertising Platform Operations. Emilie has also held leadership positions at Yahoo, where responsibilities included managing global sales operations and product teams, and at Regency Lighting, where a notable project was the nationwide lighting retrofit for Starbucks. Earlier career roles included project management in theme park projects at Thinkwell Design and Production and utility design at Butsko Utility Design. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California and attended UCLA.
