Erich Donahue

Erich Donahue is currently a Senior Decision Science Product Consultant at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Erich worked at Capital One for nearly 15 years in various roles, including Data Analysis Manager and Principal Data Analyst, with a focus on digital banking features such as Zella, Transfers, and Mobile Wallets. Erich's earlier experience also includes positions in credit forecasting and credit risk analytics, where analytical skills were honed amidst the complexities of the mortgage industry. Erich began a career in consumer finance as an Assistant Teller Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland, alongside graduate studies in Economics and various courses on Coursera.
