Francesca Koscielak

Francesca Koscielak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Associate Principal Counsel at The Walt Disney Company since April 2022, Francesca has held significant positions in various organizations, including Corporate Counsel at ASICS America Corporation from January 2021 to April 2022, and Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at UFC GYM from June 2017 to January 2021. Prior to these roles, Francesca was the Director of Legal Counsel at Quiksilver from November 2010 to June 2017 and worked as an Associate at Collins, Collins, Muir & Stewart, LLP from December 2009 to October 2010. Francesca Koscielak earned a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Santa Clara University in 2006.
