Jean Gallagher

Jean Gallagher serves as the Regional General Manager for Resort Hotels at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing operational leadership for eight resort hotels, 15,000 guest rooms, and a daily leisure guest population of up to 45,000. With a career spanning several decades at Disney, Jean has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Americas Operations in Global Human Resources and General Manager of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Noteworthy achievements include transforming Downtown Disney into Disney Springs, leading significant operational strategies at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Resort, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Jean holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
