Karin Gilford

Karin Gilford is currently the SVP & GM of Movies Anywhere at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this, they served as the SVP/GM of Movies Anywhere, launching and leading an unprecedented multi-studio, direct to consumer free app and website that enables consumers to manage and watch their personal digital movie collection across studios, retailers and platforms. Karin has also held the position of SVP, Digital Media for Disney ABC Television Group, overseeing all aspects of digital operations and experiences for the ABC Television Network and Oscars.com. Prior to their time with Disney, Karin was with Comcast Interactive Media as the SVP, Fancast and On-line Entertainment, overseeing all aspects of operations for Fancast.com (now XfinityTV.com) and Comcast.net at the interactive division of Comcast. Karin began their career in the entertainment industry as a Business Development Associate at Paramount Pictures before moving to Yahoo! where they eventually became the VP/GM of Entertainment.

Karin Gilford attended the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where they earned their MBA.
