Katherine Rivas

Katherine Rivas is an accomplished executive assistant currently working at The Walt Disney Company, specializing in unscripted and alternative entertainment since January 2022. Katherine founded Furry Friends, a successful pet sitting and dog walking service that expanded from 2 to 30 clients within two years. Past experiences include roles at Amazon Studios and NBCUniversal as a production assistant, where Katherine contributed to major television productions such as "Making the Cut" and "That's My Jam." Previous positions also involved acting as a liaison for executive producers at Discovery Channel's "BattleBots," and working with various talent and production teams across multiple networks. Katherine earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Southern California, complementing academic experiences with a minor in Media Economics and Entrepreneurship.
