Louis Aiello

Louis Aiello is a Project Manager with extensive experience in global HR operations, currently leading over 300 projects related to Training, Marketing, and Communication at The Walt Disney Company since April 2022. Previously, Louis managed virtual conferencing projects at OpenExchange, Inc. for corporate clients in the financial industry. With a strong background at Walt Disney World, Louis was instrumental in establishing Club 33 and improving guest experiences across multiple resorts. Louis holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, complemented by certifications as a PMP and SHRM-CP.
