Peggy O'Neill

Peggy O'Neill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of Contingent Workforce Management at The Walt Disney Company since June 2013. In addition to this role, Peggy has worked at ESPN in the same capacity since April 2010. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Flex Staffing at Marriott International from August 2000 to April 2010, Vice President of Human Resources at World Access from 1990 to 2000, and a position at Edward S. Gordon from 1985 to 1990. Peggy O'Neill holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in HR Development, both from The George Washington University.
