Rudy Guerrero

Rudy Guerrero is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Capacity Planning and Workforce Optimization at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this role, Rudy held positions at UniFirst Corporation as a Customer Engagement Center Manager and at BBVA Compass as Contact Center Performance Manager, where responsibilities included developing staffing strategies and optimizing resource planning to enhance client and employee experiences. Rudy also served as Site Manager for BBVA in the U.S., Guatemala, and Colombia, overseeing service delivery and operations.
