Will Gay

Will Gay is currently the Design Director at Disney Yellow Shoes, where they lead a team of designers and copywriters in creating engaging advertising and branding for Disney's global Parks Experiences and Products portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the agency world, Will has previously held positions as Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of South Alabama and completed the AIGA Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders Program at Harvard Business School. Will is dedicated to crafting award-winning work that resonates with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
