Adam N. has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in both the military and corporate sectors. Adam started their career as a Technical Project Manager in the 1st Infantry Division in 2002, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they successfully managed technical projects.

In 2008, Adam joined the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence as a Senior Technical Program Manager. Here, they trained personnel in computer and networking fundamentals and implemented strategies to improve training effectiveness and efficiency. Adam was recognized for their performance in assessing and evaluating the technical IT skills of personnel.

From 2011 to 2015, Adam served as the Director of Treasury at the United States Army Europe. In addition to supervision, they led strategic financial programs for thousands of soldiers and families across Europe and the Middle East.

In 2015, Adam transitioned to the United States Army Special Operations Command, where they held the position of Director of Finance and Operations. Adam managed a multiyear, half-billion-dollar financial operation and compliance program, utilizing cloud-based ERP systems and industry SaaS products to develop solutions for complex national security missions. Their role also included executing strategic goals, leading strategic projects, and managing high-priority internal and external tasks.

Most recently, as of January 2023, Adam has taken on the role of Vice President of Administration at Dispel.

Adam N. has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Army ROTC, Military Science & Operations from Augusta University.
