Eleanor Hubbard

Eleanor Hubbard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as President & CEO at Elevate Strategies Inc. since April 2016, Eleanor has previously held several key positions within the Government of Nova Scotia, including Chief of Partnerships & Physician Services and Executive Director of Physician and Pharmaceutical Services. Eleanor's career also includes roles as a Senior Executive in the Expenditure Management Initiative and Lead Negotiator for the Department of Health & Wellness. Additionally, Eleanor has made significant contributions to the Office of Economic Development and has experience as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Maritime Medical Care Inc. and as a pharmacist consultant at IWK Hospital. Eleanor began the career in pharmacy as a Store Manager/Pharmacist at Lawton's Drugs. Eleanor holds a degree from Dalhousie University.
