Juan Guie has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Juan started their career as a Team Technician Test Engineering at Bose Corporation in 1996, where they maintained test equipment and diagnosed boards at the component level. Juan later became a Test Engineering Technician and served as a Project Lead for new product introductions.
In 2008, Juan joined HP as a Level 1/Subject Matter Expert, providing frontline support for servers and disk storage systems. Juan also mentored other agents and conducted training sessions. Juan then moved on to roles as Level 2 Support for PolyServe SW/Storage and Lefthand Networks/P4000, troubleshooting complex issues not handled by Level 1.
In 2013, Juan joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Level 2 Team Lead for StoreVirtual, where they facilitated team members' technical knowledge and provided troubleshooting for outage situations. Juan also assisted in the development of the StoreVirtual Technical Career Development Plan. Later, they transitioned to the role of Level 2 Support for 3PAR, resolving intricate storage array issues.
In 2018, Juan joined Dispersive Networks, Inc. as a Technical Consultant Engineer III. Here, they delivered Tier 3 support for Dispersive Virtualized Network on secure and complex environments. Juan also deployed virtualized CentOS test environments for issue replication and bug reporting. Juan is proficient in production data analysis, including application and usage logs, network trace, and configuration.
Juan Guie has an Associates in Electronics Technology from Midlands Technical College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Learning Python from LinkedIn in November 2019, DevOps Foundations from Lynda.com in March 2018, VCP5 from VMware in November 2014, and CCNA from Cisco in October 2013.
