John Waechter

John Waechter currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Displai since May 2025, previously holding the same position at Raydiant - Experience Platform from July 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at 3Degrees Group, Inc., and as a fractional leader in People Operations and Recruiting while self-employed. Additional experience encompasses various management positions in hospitality, including Office Operations at Vevo and Front Office Manager roles at The Iroquois New York Hotel, Fisher Island Club, and Clevelander Hotel. John Waechter began a career in hospitality and tourism management after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Vatel International Business School between 2009 and 2011, with an early career emphasis on sports and entertainment management in the Pacific Islands.
