Bohdana Kauta

Bohdana Kauta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bohdana started their career at Kyivstar in 2009, where they worked as an HR Specialist until 2013. During this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as employment compliance, employee orientation, policy development, and compensation administration.

Bohdana then transitioned to N-iX as a support engineer, working for a few months in 2013. In November 2013, Bohdana joined Kyivstar again, but this time as an HR Generalist. In this role, they handled a wide range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, communication, welfare, and administration. Bohdana also provided administrative support for HR functions.

In 2015, Bohdana joined EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Testing Engineer and worked there for nearly six years. Bohdana contributed to the company's mission of building better advertising by focusing on the user ad experience. Their expertise in software testing and quality assurance helped improve the performance of advertisers and publishers.

Most recently, in February 2021, Bohdana joined display.io as a Senior Software Testing Engineer. Bohdana continues to bring their skills and experience in software testing to contribute to the company's mission of building better advertising.

Bohdana Kauta received their Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Lviv National Politechnic University. Bohdana pursued their education at the university from 2003 to 2008.
