Jess Odell

Jess Odell has extensive experience in operations and human resources within the retail and staffing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Fixture Operations at DisplayMax Retail Services since July 2021, Jess previously held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company, and Employee Relations Manager and Recruiter Manager at Asa Carlton, Inc. from September 2017 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Development Manager at Spherion Staffing from May 2014 to September 2017 and Project Coordinator at Prime Retail Services, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2014. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completed in 2011.
