Neal Oddes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Neal joined J.D. Power and Associates in 2000 and held various positions within the company until 2012. In these roles, Neal was involved in strategy, process improvement, and automotive product research. Neal presented to C-suite executives at major automotive companies and led initiatives to streamline processes and increase revenue.
After leaving J.D. Power, Neal worked as Vice President at Millward Brown from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they focused on research design and management, new business development, and strengthening client relationships. This experience proved valuable in their later career.
