Alaa Elawadi

Alaa Elawadi is an experienced professional in customer success and enterprise resource planning, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at disprz since September 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Customer Success Specialist. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at Ghantoot Group, where Alaa held multiple positions including ERP Functional/Implementation Consultant and Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Representative role at Tiba Hotel and Resort. Alaa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from both the University of the District of Columbia and Modern Academy Maadi, complemented by a scientific high school education from Mohamad Bin Khaled High School.
