Sheerah Tan Cole is an experienced project manager and implementation specialist with a strong background in leading teams and driving successful client onboarding initiatives. Currently serving as Project Manager for Strategic Accounts at ServiceTitan, Sheerah previously held key roles at WorkRamp and GoGuardian, where notable achievements included managing over 300 client onboarding projects and fostering a collaborative team culture. With a rich foundation in education, including an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan, Sheerah has also worked as an instructor, community organizing fellow, and volunteer, showcasing a commitment to communication, project management, and customer advocacy across diverse environments.
