Pradeep Arora

Pradeep Arora is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and finance. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at disprz since January 2022, Pradeep has held several key positions, including Director of Strategy and Business Finance at InCred Financial Services and Head of Investments and Strategy for Consumer Finance and Fintech at ART Capital (India) Pvt Ltd. Pradeep also served as a Non-Executive Director at ART Housing Finance (India) Ltd and worked at YES Bank Limited as Director of Investment Banking. Earlier in the career, Pradeep was a Senior Engineer at General Electric. Pradeep holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
