Benito Zelaya

Benito Zelaya is currently the Representante de país at ALDEC, a Catedratico en Maestria de Derecho Mercantil at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), and the Managing Partner at Lexincorp Central American Law Firm. Benito also serves as the Director del departamento Resolución de Disputas at Lexincorp, and as the Country Representative for Honduras at Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. Additionally, Benito holds the position of Presidente y Fundador at Club Español del Arbitraje. Benito has a diverse educational background, including degrees in law, international business management, and specialized training in arbitration and dispute resolution.
