Claudia Flores

Claudia Flores SHRM-CP currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at DISQO, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Claudia was the Head of People at HG Insights from May 2022 to May 2025, following a tenure as the Head of People Operations at Intricately, which was acquired by HG Insights in April 2022. Claudia also held the Head of People Operations position at Swenson Claudia from April 2018 to May 2021 and worked as an Executive Technical Recruiter at CyberCoders from October 2016 to March 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Executive Recruiter for IT & Engineering at Nelson Staffing and as a General Manager at 24 Hour Fitness from September 2010 to April 2015. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Washington and graduated from the Landmark Forum in 2017.
