Karen Hung

Karen Hung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and operations within the marketing research industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of ROD Customer Success at DISQO since March 2018, Karen is responsible for the growth and optimization of API clients and leads the API Customer Success team. Prior roles include Director of Client Operations and Business Process at Lightspeed Research and Product Manager at Instantly, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed executing complex mobile research projects and collaborating with executive teams. Earlier career experiences involve freelance project management and various roles in research and operations across a range of organizations, including C&R Research and Cargill. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics from Sophia University.
