DisruptHR was founded in 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is built on the belief that how we’ve approached people and talent in the past won’t be the best way to approach them in the future - and also with the idea that ALL business leaders (not just HR) need to take some risks, to stir the pot… in short, to DISRUPT in order to compete in the global marketplace. DisruptHR is an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower HR leaders, business professionals, and community leaders who are interested in disruptive ideas, and moving our collective thinking forward when it comes to talent in the workplace. DisruptHR events are organized by community volunteers, and held in cities throughout the world.
