Jose Ribau is currently the Executive Advisor at Arival Bank, where Jose helps establish and nurture strategic banking channel relationships for business customers looking to do business internationally. In addition, Jose is the Founder & CEO of R5 Innovations, a corporate innovation consultancy, and holds the role of Executive in Residence at Disruptive Edge, where Jose helps large companies win through innovation. With vast experience in various leadership roles at companies like Countingup, Cadillac Fairview, and CIBC, Jose has demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, product development, sales effectiveness, and deal development. Jose holds an MBA from Queen's University, an MSc in Medical Sciences from McMaster University, and a BSc from Wilfrid Laurier University.
