Jennie MacIntosh

Jennie MacIntosh is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in real estate technology and operations. Currently serving as Executive in Residence at WAV Group since September 2025, MacIntosh co-founded WolfNet Technologies and played a pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the creation of one of North America's most comprehensive listing databases prior to the company's acquisition by OJO Labs in 2018. In her tenure at OJO Labs from January 2021 to July 2025 as VP of Operations, MacIntosh spearheaded significant mergers and acquisitions, established the Broker Network for OJO Home, and expanded local MLS relationships, enhancing OJO's market presence. MacIntosh's career began at WolfNet Technologies in various operational roles from 2007 to 2021, showcasing a progressive trajectory in the industry. MacIntosh holds degrees in Political Science and Business Administration and Management from the University of Iowa.
