Jim Hennigan

Jim Hennigan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and voice network management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer CX at Disruptive Innovations since September 2025, Jim also held the position of ACES Principal Consultant Healthcare at Avaya from February 2024 to October 2025. Prior to these roles, Jim managed a voice network for Inova Health System, covering 41,000 endpoints and overseeing a technical team and substantial budgets. Jim's notable achievements include implementing an advanced contact center solution and installing thousands of smart phones to enhance patient care. Earlier in the career, Jim worked as a Technician II at NEXTIRAONE, LLC, focusing on PBX systems and carrier services. Jim holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
