Phillip C. Caputo, CFA has held various positions in the finance and accounting industry since 2003. Phillip C. began their career as a Settlement Specialist at Wellington Management, where they assisted the trade settlements team with the review of trade details and the communication of trade breaks to the appropriate broker to ensure timely settlement. Phillip C. then moved to Bracebridge Capital, LLC in 2003, where they served as Operations Manager and oversaw a team of 7 investment professionals who completed the post trade operational and accounting functions for a $9 billion absolute value hedge fund. In 2014, they joined Fintan Partners as Vice President of Operations. In 2016, they joined The TCW Group as Vice President, where they oversaw a team of 4 associates who logged, tracked, and processed client subscription and redemption requests for their separate account portfolios. In 2018, they moved to The Palisades Group, LLC as Assistant Controller. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Disruptive as Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance & Accounting.

Phillip C. Caputo, CFA obtained their High School Diploma from NVRHS in 1998. Phillip C. then went on to Northeastern University, graduating in 2003 with a BSBA in Finance, Economics, and Accounting. In 2013, they obtained their CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute. Phillip C. has also been attending UCLA Extension since 2018, studying Tax & Accounting.
