Allison Piguet

Allison Piguet is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at both Acuity Brands and Distech Controls since October 2022, Piguet has also held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Korn Ferry since March 2022. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Galderma and Recruitment Specialist at WIPO, where Piguet worked for a decade until December 2020. Additional experience encompasses roles at OSCE, UNDP, and ECMWF, among others, highlighting a robust background in human resources and recruitment. Piguet holds two Master's degrees from Université de Genève and a B.A. from San Diego State University.
