Yolette Caldwell is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across diverse industries and regions. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Talent Sourcer at ServiceNow since September 2025, Yolette previously held the position of Global Senior Executive Recruiter at UiPath, where responsibility included managing recruitment for Senior Director and above roles globally. With a strong background at SAP as a Global Senior Executive Recruiter, Yolette led recruitment efforts for senior leaders across various lines of business. Prior experiences include founding Search America Services, serving as a Senior Search Consultant at Korn Ferry, and working as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, earning several accolades for performance. Yolette’s early career included a marketing role at The HEINEKEN Company, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University.
