William Coady

William Coady is a seasoned firmware engineer currently employed at Distech Controls since March 2020. Prior to this role, William held various positions including embedded software designer at Automotive Data Solutions Inc. from May 2015 to March 2020, and research assistant at Laboratoire des technologies spatiales, systèmes embarqués, navigation et avionique (LASSENA) during a summer internship in 2013. Previous experiences also include an internship at Schneider Electric and a role supporting RF engineers at TELUS, where contributions centered on enhancing available software tools. William's early career included a management position at Groupe St-Hubert and an internship focused on spectrum management at Industry Canada. Educationally, William obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure (2009-2014) and completed a technique in electronic design at CEGEP de Maisonneuve (2006-2009).
