Brittany Finnegan has a long history of work experience. Brittany began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineering Intern at DISTek Integration, Inc. From there, they moved on to become an Embedded Platform Engineer, an Embedded/Modelling Engineer, and a Test and Automation Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for managing 8-10 customer projects simultaneously, and provided monthly coaching and yearly performance evaluations for teams of 4-6. Brittany also spearheaded an effort to form a new department to optimize utilization of employees. In addition, they held roles as a Test Systems Engineer, System Support and Development, and Software Engineering Intern at DISTek. In 2008, they also worked as a Web Development Intern at Edgecore.
Brittany Finnegan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009. In 2014, they earned a NI LabVIEW CLD certification from National Instruments. In 2018, they earned a SAFe SSM certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
