Employee-Owner & VP of Human Resources at DISTek Integration

Jeff Sandvold began their professional career in 1990 at Craft Cochran Screenprint and Embroidery as a Customer Relations Representative. In 1999, they moved to Wells Fargo Financial as an IT Support Services Representative. In 2000, they joined DISTek Integration, Inc. as an Employee-Owner and VP of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and identifying initiatives to support the business needs of the company, their brand, culture and ownership mentality. Jeff also developed staffing initiatives to identify, recruit, hire and retain top talent for all embedded systems, LabVIEW development, software and systems testing and model based software design careers at DISTek Integration. Additionally, they served as a business partner to engineering teams and as Coach2 in their Catalytic Coaching employee development and leadership training programs. In 2003, they took on the role of Talent Acqusition Director, Engineering Recruiter and Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for developing employer brand, planning and conducting new employee orientation promoting on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Finally, they also served as a Human Resources Specialist at DISTek Integration, Inc.

Jeff Sandvold earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa in 1992, after studying there from 1988.
