Luis Fernando Rios Cuevas has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Luis Fernando began their career as an Auxiliar de Sistemas at Transportación Maritima de California in 2010. Luis Fernando then worked as a Consultor de TI at Strategics de México from 2010 to 2013. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Programador at Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Baja California Sur.

In 2013, they joined Visual Science Co as an Administrador de BD MySQL y Programador C# .Net. Luis Fernando worked there until 2014 before transitioning to a role as a Programador C# .NET at Baja Ferries. In 2015, they became a Software Developer at Softtek, where they worked with applications such as ASP.NET C#, Oracle with PL/SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.

Luis Fernando also took on the responsibilities of Technical Stack Manager and Technological Stack Manager, ensuring the growth and success of various web departments and teams, including PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Scala, and Data Engineering.

Luis Fernando Rios Cuevas completed their education at two institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they attended CBTIS 230, where they earned a degree in Técnico en Computación. Following this, they pursued a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales with a specialization in Sistemas Distribuidos from 2006 to 2011 at Instituto Tecnológico de La Paz.
