Alfie-Joe Smith has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Alfie-Joe started their career as a Chef de Partie at Marco Pierre White Wheelers st.James in 2012. After that, they worked as a Senior Sous Chef at The Earl Of March from December 2014 to May 2015. Alfie-Joe then moved on to Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club, where they worked as a Jnr. Sous Chef from May 2015 to October 2016. After that, they joined Distinct Group LTD as a Head Chef in October 2016 and is still currently employed there. In 2018, Alfie-Joe Smith also pursued freelance work as a Chef.
