James Flavin currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Sonar and holds the position of Fundraising Chairperson for the Jesuit Association of Student Personnel Administrators, which fosters connections among higher education professionals across 28 Jesuit institutions. Additionally, James Flavin has been the Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives and Special Assistant to the President at Loyola University Chicago since July 2019. As a Founding Partner of the AVANTI Religious Organization Outplacement Program and a Board Member of Distinctive Schools, James Flavin actively contributes to various educational and organizational initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and a Master of Divinity from Saint John’s.
