Stephanie Cardella

Stephanie Cardella currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategy at LEAP Innovations and has held the same title at Distinctive Schools since July 2017, where previous roles included Executive Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and Director of Literacy. Prior experience includes a position as Director of School Improvement & Innovation at North Shore School District 112, where responsibilities encompassed supporting administrators and faculty with design thinking, curriculum redesign, and understanding. Additional roles at the same district included Learning Coordinator for Teaching, Learning, and Technology, and teaching various elementary grades. Stephanie Cardella holds multiple advanced degrees in Educational Leadership, Language and Literacy, and an ESL endorsement, with formal education completed at Loyola University Chicago, Argosy University Chicago, National Louis University, and DePaul University.
