Andy McEwan

Andy McEwan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at Distology Limited, Avantis Education Systems Ltd, Phoebus Software Ltd, and Rockar Ltd, Andy is instrumental in guiding businesses in security software, education technology, financial services, and automotive solutions, all backed by private equity. Previously, Andy held the role of Chairman at MirrorWeb and TagMan, achieving successful exits in both instances. As Group Chairman at Stroma, Andy contributed to the growth of a software-enabled testing and inspection business. Andy's earlier career included positions as CEO of Travel and Entertainment Group Ltd and EMEA General Manager at Epiphany, alongside a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Oracle for Australia and New Zealand.
