Shania Kelly is an experienced data visualization and analytics specialist currently working at Distress Centre Calgary since February 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing data accessibility, applying systems mapping, and empowering program decisions through data-driven insights. Kelly has held various roles within the organization, such as Community Resource Specialist, Contact Centre Coordinator, and Midnight Crisis Line Worker, providing crisis intervention and maintaining a community resource database.
