Ilya Isakov

Ilya Isakov has held various positions in different companies since 2011. Ilya started as a Software Engineer at Teamo.ru, where they worked on various functionalities of the website and successfully completed two full redesigns. In 2013, they moved to Badoo, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer before being promoted to Team Lead in the Billing Department, where they designed and developed a billing system for a dating app, led a cross-functional team, and coached them in scrum. In 2021, they became an Engineering Manager at OZON.ru, where they managed a department of four cross-functional teams, facilitated building roadmaps, designed software architecture, planned resources, and grew teams of talented developers. Presently, they are the VP of Engineering at Distribusion Technologies.

Ilya Isakov earned their master's degree in Computer Science from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) between 2006 and 2012. In 2014, they obtained certification in Zend PHP from Zend Technologies.
